With wedding season coming up, I have been researching different ways to remain fit and healthy. On top of having a active lifestyle, I believe it is important to maintain a healthy diet rich in antioxidants and vitamins. After getting the chance to give JUS by Julie a try I wanted to share my thoughts and experience! In order to jumpstart my day, I usually stick with a nice green smoothie that is filling. I truly believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day but sometimes breakfast can feel heavy in you stomach. A green juice or smoothie is a great way to feel comfortable but full. Keep reading to hear more about my 1 Day JUS Cleanse!



JUS by Julie 1 Day JUS Cleanse is a quick way to restart your body and start fresh. Whether you are starting a diet and want a way to get a head start or just feel as though you need a way to detoxify your body JUS by Julie is an easy and delicious way to do so. The 1 Day JUS Cleanse is designed to rid your body of unwanted toxins that cause pain, bloating, and discomfort. As someone who often suffers from a bit of bloating (sorry TMI) I was excited to give this a try. Since it is a one day cleanse, it is designed to offer your body the maximum amount of nutritional benefits in just one day.
The cleanse consists of six juices that were all equally delicious. As I went on through the day I enjoyed each and every one more and more. I did have my favorites such as the Spicy Lemonade and the Chia Berry but I enjoyed each and every one. The six juices that the cleanse offers are:

1. Sweet Spin - A delicious Green Juice made with spinach, kale, pineapple, mango, and banana. It was sweet with all of the fruit but a deep green color which made me feel healthier just looking at it!

2. Spicy Lemonade - If I can be quite honest, spicy lemonades are my favorite things to drink. Sometimes when I want a treat I will head to my local healthy grocery store and pick up a spicy lemonade. I have even made my own at home! The spicy lemonade is made of lemons, cayenne pepper, maple syrup, and water. It is great for pumping up your vitamin C and the cayenne revs up your  metabolism!

3. Dr. Green - Another great green juice made of kale, spinach, celery, apple, ginger, lemon, and rice milk. This one was a great third juice to my day. It was filling and had a spicy kick with the ginger.

4. Chia Berry - Let's just say I love anything chia and mixing that with the sweet and tart from the berries was a wonderful and refreshing combination! It is made of chia seeds, pomegranate, strawberry, lemon, water, and agave. This one I could drink over and over again.

5. Island Coconut - After doing some research for this post I noticed that depending on your cleanse you can receive different juices. I loved the Island Coconut which was made of coconut meat, coconut milk, dates, and cinnamon. This had a great creamy texture and was a great treat to the end of my day. I certainly could picture a tropical umbrella in my juice bottle for this one!

6. Xtreme Greens - My last juice of the day was another green juice. This juice is made of spinach, kale, orange, pineapple, hemp seeds, lime, and water. It is said to make you wake up feeling rejuvenated when you drink it as the last drink of the day and to say the least, I woke up feeling lighter and more refreshed then I did the day before!
I have been wanting to try a juice cleanse for the longest time and I wasn't sure if I would be able to make it through a 3 or 5 day cleanse so the 1 day cleanse was the perfect option. Since I loved all of the juices I do think I would be able to make it more then one day! On top of all of the delicious juices, I also received the Probiotic Coffee. If you are a coffee lover I definitely recommend giving this one a try! It is a great afternoon pick me up with a splash of almond milk! It has a vanilla flavor that I just love in my coffee!

Overall, I know I will be ordering these again and definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a way to jumpstart their weight loss or detoxify their body!
