Super Bowl Potluck

Today at work we had a potluck in celebration of the Super Bowl this weekend. Although, it wasn’t really a celebration to me since the Patriots aren’t playing. It gave us all a break from work to enjoy some delicious calorie laden food. Since I knew this would be the case I decided to make one of my favorite, sinful tasting but not sinful feeling, three ingredient recipes that I often make for my lunches during the week.

Crockpot Shredded Buffalo Chicken:



1 12oz bottle Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
2lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
4 garlic cloves minced



Combine all of the ingredients in the crock pot and set on low. Cook for 3-4 hours. Once chicken is cooked through shred it with two forks in the crock pot and add more buffalo sauce if you would like. Keep on low and cook for another hour to allow the chicken to absorb the sauce.
